Materials
# 14 seed beads ( large hole ) --- assorted color, flower and leaf
One cut beads ( # 12 ) or DELICA --- leaf vein, stem and calyx
NYMO D ( bobbin ) thread --- that matches bead color
# 12 needle
Brooch pin 1 1/2"
Felt or ultra-suede --- backing for brooch
Basic beading kit ( scissors, bees wax, work mat, clear nail polish - use as glue, lighter or thread burner )

ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION
THIS IS EVEN COUNT HERRINGBONE IN ROUND AND THERE IS A STEP UP AT THE END OF EACH ROW.

This project should be stiff, so you have to pull thread tight.
One cut bead ( # 12, you can use DELICA ) is little bit larger than #14 bead, that gives calyx more puff out, and leaf vine stand out.
Avoid irregular beads.
Put glue on each square knot.

PREPARATION
NYMO D ( bobbin ) cut 120" long piece of thread. Thread through
# 12 needle, double it and wax it. Put stopper bead leave a 5"long tail.
